Ski Beach on May 17th and 18th

At Relay For Life events, communities around the world come together to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much.

With the support of thousands of volunteers, the American Cancer Society is helping save more than 400 lives a day. The Relay For Life movement offers an inspiring opportunity to honor cancer survivors, promote how individuals can reduce their cancer risk, and raise money to help end cancer. And we won’t stop until we finish the fight against cancer!

Relay for Life is a 24 hour community organized fundraising walk. Teams of people camp out around a track and members of each team take turns walking around the track. There are also food, games, entertainment and activities for all ages. The event also gives participants a chance to celebrate cancer survivors, honor caregivers and remember those that we’ve lost with different ceremonies throughout the day. This year our event will be held at Ski Beach on May 17th and 18th.
