It’s that time of year again! It’s every geek’s favorite place to be, and it’s the one time of year that you can kick back, relax and enjoy your nerdy self. There’s so much to see and do during this incredible event that you have to realize that it’s impossible to take it all in. That’s why you have to plan your schedule accordingly to make sure that you see all of your favorite panels, actors, writers, artists and anything else that you may find interesting.

So there you have it. Plenty of great and exciting things to look forward to from Marvel this year. Are you getting excited?

The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies: This is the final movie in Peter Jackson’s second epic Middle Earth trilogy. Expect the man Peter Jackson himself to be on hand during this year’s convention. He’ll be visiting San Diego to get everybody excited about his amazing franchise for one last time. We finally deserve to get a good luck at this final installment in The Hobbit trilogy. So expect to see plenty of excellent footage previewed at this year’s Comic-Con. And there is no doubt that the panels will be off the charts awesome.

Mad Max: Fury Road: Rebooting the Mad Max franchise is bound to get some serious attention at this year’s festivities. It’s been 30 years in the making, and George Miller is bringing back this incredible dystopian action series. He and Warner Bros. have promised that we will get an incredible first look at this movie on Saturday. Tom Hardy – of Bane fame – is taking over as Mad Max. This in combination with George Miller’s directing skills make this one of the most anticipated movies to come out in a long, long time.

Game of Thrones: It wouldn’t be Comic-Con without finding out what’s in store for the diehard fans in the upcoming fifth season. This series is dominating HBO and breaking records left and right. The fourth season was its biggest yet, and the crew and cast are going to answer all of your questions and fill us all in on where the series intends to go in the future.

On a side note, novelist George RR Martin will also be on hand. He’ll be ready to answer questions about the next installment of the novels. So all of you rabid readers be ready! He’ll be waiting for you.

Fight Club 2: After 15 years of silence since the film, writer Chuck Palahniuk is reviving Fight Club and turning it into a 10 issue series of graphic novels. Fight Club fans rejoice!
